Damien and John showed up with the large bucket truck, and decided that Damien would climb one big maple that had been broken in a storm, while John worked with the truck to remove a couple of ash trees that were leaning dangerously close to our house. The crew worked diligently and efficiently to remove several large branches overhanging our roof as well as a small-to-mid-sized tree growing awkwardly close to our house; the entire process took them less than two and a half hours. They gave us the option to have them leave the wood they cut down for us or to leave it for us to process ourselves, with the quote adjusted accordingly (they offered to process everything into firewood and remove the branches for extra cost specifically).
